Born and raised in Honolulu,
within a Japanese culture, Frank Satogata now lives in Cincinnati,
where he’s worked as a respected graphic designer for leading
publications, design firms and corporations for more than 30 years.
He studied at The University of Minnesota, the Heatherly School of
Fine Art in London, the Columbus College of Art and Design and Syracuse
University. He has also served as adjunct professor at the University
of Cincinnati’s Design, Art, Architecture & Planning and
the Art Academy of Cincinnati.
Today, Frank combines design with art by maintaining both painting
and design studios at the Pendleton Art Center in Cincinnati. |
